I . Parameter setup and operating instructions for touch screen

• ON/OFF: switch on all the air-break switches, press “POWER ON” on the operation panel, the system is energized; press “POWER OFF”, the system is de-energized.
• Content of the main screen

• “Mail speed” (max. 2000 turn/m) × “Sp sevro rate” = “Sp sevro speed” [speed at the side of motor]; “Mail speed” × “FeedSevro rate” = “FeedSevro speed” [speed at the side of motor];
• “Sp sevro speed” represents the actual Sp sevro speed drum, unit: 0.1 turn/m; “FeedSevro speed” represents the actual moving FeedSevro speed, unit: 0.1mm/m;
• “Pitch setting” = grating width + weld width to be welded, if the grating width is “2.5mm”, the weld width shall be “0.15mm”, then the “Pitch setting ” value is “2.65mm”, unit: 0.01mm;
• “length setting” represents the length of screen drum to be welded; “length display” represents the length of screen drum welded. When length display is equal to the length setting, the counting is stopped ( press reset release);
• “Pitch adjustment” represents fine tuning while there are differences between actual measuring weld and the setting value, default as 100% (If the weld is larger, fine tuning to small, if the weld is smaller, fine tuning to large);
• If the “length display” is larger than “actual measuring distance”, it can decrease “counting numerator” or increase “counting denominator”; and vice versa;
• “counting reset” represents feed length zero clearing or reset (the reset button on panel has the same function);
• “servo reset” represents the reset while the servo is faulty;
• The front and back servo of the drum may be operated separately in the actual work, default as “ double drive operation”, if separately operate “front servo of the roller”, press “ X1 Action”, if separately operate “back servo of the roller”, press “X2 Action”. Sp servo GearRatio
